I finally found photos of the dresses I made for the fashion show that I did in April. This was such a great experience for me. All the dresses except the copper, poly-charmeuse was designed by me.
I have so many interests. So many things I want to do, but there are only 24 hours in a day, work takes up at least 7 in a day and unfortunately I have to have at least 6 hours of sleep to function. I’m really hoping our heavenly bodies won’t need sleep 🙂
Here are some things I’ve been working on.
When I get the hardware in, these will be sold in my Etsy store. In the mean time, I’ll be working on some tie-on bow ties.
I’ve been looking for a nice way to package them. I hate the idea of just putting them in an envelope. I was browsing Ben Franklins baking isle, when I came across something that I thought would look great as well as a way to keep them from being crushed during shipping.
Pillow boxes were perfect! I just chose some scrapbooking paper that I thought looked good with the bow tie and slipped it in, under the bow. They also fit perfectly in my clear storage box.
I’ve also been working on panties. These are in no way perfected, but I’m working on it. 🙂
Feel free to email or leave a comment. Thank you and have a great day!
Since arriving in Montana, I haven’t had much time to sew. I’m finally working full time and saving money to get a car and my own place. Last week, my sister and I went on a drive to the mountains. I wanted to get a feel of my surroundings. It was a perfect day for a drive. It was relaxing as well as exciting, with a little off-roading 🙂 we had lunch and ended the day with ice cream. It was a great sister-day 🙂
